We awoke today from the forest and packed our stuff. I have been having some knee pain and so we decided to take a full day off today, and hope it subsides. We dragged our stuff from the forest and headed back into town, about 1 mile away.
We found a campsite that was not too expensive and settled down. After riding on the beach for so long yesterday, our bikes needed a severe cleaning. I spent about 30 minutes cleaning the gears and chains and getting all the sand and gunk out.
We finally did some proper laundry too.
Our last walk. Tomorrow we head out and attempt 50 miles pending no knee problems.
