I spent last night doing homework, unfortunatly this computer i am using is almost completly useless.
Woke up to a sunny morning, but dark clouds formed ahead of us, it is supposed to rain today. We were able to dodge the rain yesterday, maybe we can today as well.
This is the sky as we head out, going to go for 40 miles again toady.
An hour later it looks like we are going to be run down by the rain after all.
We were only hit by a couple of drops as the rain passed just in front of us. We took a break in this bus stop that was infested with spiders.
Got lost, the North Sea Route is not marked well in Germany, and so we have just been heading toward which ever town is in the route.
After about 4 hours we stopped for lunch and huddled in an archway as it rained. Food on the road is always meat with bread and chips.
We stopped to take a break and all these cows came up to the gate. I think they thought we were going to feed them, either way the picture is priceless.
So proud of my wife. she pushes us to go longer and take shorter breaks, and is my great companion on what would have been a lonely trip.
It was great to stop here. They take Visa which most businesses don't, and we were able to plug in our electronics, and there was free internet.
Turns out the ferry we were going to take does not run on Sundays. We tried to find a cheap hotel but got lost. Then we found a decent one a mile back from where we came from , so we booked it and headed out.
Turns out the reception is closed and we are not able to get in! So we back tracked again and shoveled out the money for a nice hotel.
